General Donald McDraken, on Obduraris

Counts as Imperial Prince, on Dragon

 

General McDraken has come from a long line of captain in the Aerial Corps. His dragon Obdurares, meaning to Endure, has been his companion for many years. 

 

His command of the 39th has been extraordinary as it was the first time a member of the Aerial Corps was giving command of an regiment.

Counts as Prelate, on Altar of Battle

Charles Steward, Earl of Manningbury, has been the second in command of the Regiment even before the arrival of McDraken. At first he was angry that he was passed over but he has learned to respect his senior. He was always devout man and he is able to push his soldiers even further with his oratory skills. He rarely goes to battle without his staff.

Colonel Lord David Kerr

Counts as Knight Commander

In command of both the 5th Royal Hussars and the 9th Royal Lancers, Lord Kerr is in command of the Regiments Horses. At the age of only 30 he was granted his commission based on his peerage yet has proven to be an excellent swordsmen and strategist. During one night in the new lands he found a strange animal, not a horse and not a dragon. He has trained it and Gary now is his faithfull mount.

Colonel Robert Alten

Counts as Captain

The Commander of the Foot, Robert Alten, is a strong leader of men. He has always been in favour of the use of well trained infantrymen and was very honored to be given command of all the Regiment's Infantry companies.

Sergeant Major Frederik Sandham

Counts as Battle Standard Bearer

Frederik Sandham has the honour of carring the Regiment's Banner. He is a young sergeant major giving this honour after personally rallying the 35th foot when their captain Henry Wade had been severly injured.

The Clergy, Father O'Leary, Father O'Donnel and Father Harris

Counts as Preacher

The Three, as they are called, are the three clergymen of the regiment. Although formally not part of the senior officers they are well respected. During battles they join one of the Foot companies to urge them on. Lately Father O'Leary has been seen riding with the cavalry.

Major Martin Belten

Counts as Captain

Matin Belten is the Regiment's Logistic Officer. He is kept busy with repairing Fort New England and rarely joins the Regiment on the battlefield.

Lieutenant Colonel Gregory Kolber

Counts as Artificer

Gregory Kolber is responsible for all the artillery. He is an excellent engineer but he is not a sociable men. His men respect him but he usually has troubles conversing in the higher social circles that are now part of his rank.
